I want you to try something with me, close your eyes and get comfortable. relax your face muscles down to your toes, sense the bodies awareness of itself, pull yourself deep into that sense of body awareness feel the here and now, be present to your energy, your heart pumping to your breath and your movement of your chest.
As you continue to find yourself deep into this awareness I want you to feel as if a window on the top backpart of your head open, when it opens you find yourself above the world, looking down.
I now want you to imagine a network of lines forming into balanced geometric shapes, imagine now that you can spin the globe and stop it with your finger. Spin that globe now… Now watch it as it spins notice that the geometric shapes stay the same now drop your finger to the earth and stop the globe.
Imagine now zooming into that point on the earth and finding a group of people, they can be on boats in the middle of the ocean it doesn’t matter. See yourself go into the local community and watch as a average day passes in fast forward.
Now I want you to stop and choose one of these people to follow, but I don’t want you to just follow them. I want you enter into their reality. As if you were to come down through the top of the head like you came out.
Watch and view what this person does through out there day, and don’t worry about wondering what they do just allow them to move themselves. As you feel their emotions through out this day don’t concern yourself on the negative energy just feel it and let it go.
Now coming to the end of a day in your new perception of this persons life, I want you to step out again and view their life with out being involved with emotional energies, just watch as a nuteral spirit anything that happens will not effect you.
You are the watcher and you can move through out time with ease, time is non-existence in your reality as a watcher. I want you to watch in fast forward through this persons life, the hardships to good times the main events and eventually their death.
Do that now… while remaining with a relaxed calm balanced breath allow yourself to sink deep into awareness of this person and their experience.
As they finally pass on follow them on the way out, as you take a breath, notice that through out all their life whatever may have happened, they are at peace now and one with all and themselves. Allow yourself now to feel this peace of mind with this person, notice now that the reason for their life was to move this mass consciousnesses forward and to be a representation of a single cell of a bigger body.
Bring yourself above the world again and find your body, sitting waiting for your return. I want you re-gaze your focus to the top of your head and feel yourself come through as the door slowly shuts behind you.. Feel your bodies awareness yet again as you slowly open your eyes and feel yourself home.
